  • Discovery

    It starts with an understanding of your business needs. We will organize Microsoft Teams calls with you or your hiring authority to understand your company culture, the position and why you need to hire.

  • Search

    After discovery, we are able to use a variety of networking techniques to gain an understanding of your market and find the perfect candidate. This goes beyond job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn. Our research team updates our databases to keep you abreast of market conditions. We also use our affiliate NPA Referral network, which connects us to 500 independent recruiters across Canada and the USA.

  • Candidate Assesment

    We phone and video screen the candidates before presentation. We don’t just hand you a resume. You will receive detailed accounts of candidates’ salary expectations and reasons for leaving and highlight specific experiences that candidates have gained that are relevant to the exact positions.

  • Candidate Interview

    Once you have found a candidate of interest, our team takes charge of facilitating seamless communication between you and the candidate to set up an interview.

  • Negotiation & Closing

    We will work with you on offer presentation and negotiation to come to a final close on your position.
